DIRECT BILLING

If you have insurance that we bill to and would like to participate in direct billing, please bring your member card and Dr prescription (if required by your plan) along to your appointment. We recommend you check the coverage maximum for massage in your insurance plan so we're able to keep track in your profile. Blue cross does allow us to check the coverage you have remaining so if you have a plan with them, we can check for you any time.

At times, insurance plans do not support direct billing. In this case, we would provide you with all you need to bill your appointment yourself and will help in any way we can.
